Developed several best-selling products, promoted to merchandiser, achieved sales goal by imported foreign brand shoes, resulting in significant increases in responsibility as a Brand Manager- Product development, Merchandise plan & strategy, Collaborating with sales, planner and in-house advertising agency and Partnership with domestic manufacturer & international vendors. Brand Manager-“Fashion Leader,” “Portfolio,” and “Esquire” 1999-2001 Responsible for directing three brands from product development to placing the orders. Determined retail prices by strategic decision to increase sales. Directed and coordinated out-sourcing and buying process and improved profitability. Coordinated communications with sales, marketing and in-house advertising agency to enhance company’s image and brand awareness. Built productive partnership with both international (Italy, Portugal, Spain...) and domestic suppliers.
