Promoted innovative claims administration and/or managed care solutions to brokers, employers, governmental and public entities, attorneys, insurance carriers, and other TPAs within local, regional and national markets. • Within first 12 months, reversed 3 years of flat sales into market growth of 11%. • Received “Out of the Blocks” award for eclipsing annual sales goal – within first 2 months of new fiscal year. • Led the company’s initial presence within the auto liability, group health and Medicare set-aside markets. • Promoted in 2007 from Sales and Account Management to Acquisition Sales Executive for new business. • Led organizational transition from a managed healthcare solutions organization to a comprehensive TPA which provides managed care products and services for clients nationally. Core products include: Nurse Triage, First Notice of Loss, Claims Management, On-site Nurse, Telephonic, Medical and Vocational Case Management Services, Bill Review, Prescription Drug Program, Directed Care Services, Medical Set-Asides, Nurse File Reviews, Life Care Plans, Absence Management and STD programs.
