Daily Duties at Target Corporation :
Responsible for the employee lifecycle in a 55 million dollar a year location, as a business partner to eight senior leaders and 20 department managers. Responsible for sourcing employees, store audits, interviewing managers, project management, employee relations, training and development, compensation, benefit management, communications, employee engagement, reward and recognition, total rewards, employee investigations and performance management. Supported 250 to 300 employees at any time.
