Managed provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Conducted technical research and development, enabling continuing infrastructure innovation. Ensured system hardware, operating systems, software and related procedures met organizational and industry compliance. Designed and built new software training center, increasing revenue 2%. Designed and implemented 100% fault tolerant backup storage system.
