Daily Duties at Los Angeles Times:
Track, audit and report on customer service and product quality. Resolve escalated customer service issues. Customers serviced residential, retail, and 3Pl. Negotiate 3Pl delivery times and independant contractor's delivery rates. Verify warehouses are safe work environments and that security is maintained.
