Daily Duties at International Services:

Depending on the client requirements I developed and/or implemented one or more of the following.  Accounting Systems & Procedures including cash management & cash forecast analysis, general ledger organization - repositioning line items correctly for "Direct Cost of Revenue" & “General & Administrative Expenses”, developing budgets, budget vs. actual reporting, labor burden and breakeven calculations, cost and pricing analysis.  Strategic Direction & Organization by developing 3 year financial plans, capacity planning, cost and pricing analysis, SWOT analysis, product & market analysis and succession planning. Developed business plans for SBA loan applications  Operational Effectiveness and Accountability Improvement via mapping of internal processes, providing specific recommendations for process improvement, and any new processes that would remove constraints to improve customer satisfaction and overall throughput. Worked with management to focus on Leadership and Best Practices  Management Control - determined the key pieces of information necessary for management to effectively monitor the business, developed forward looking metrics to measure progress toward goals in a timely manner. Produced a brief document that provided this information, trained management in the understanding and application of this operating report  Human Resource Policies/Procedures through the development of an employee handbook, developed accountability with functional position descriptions for each of the key positions including measure of performance metrics, implemented performance based incentive programs to drive overall performance of individuals and functions. Implemented an Evaluation Program with clear specified measures of performance. The contract with the client could be terminated at the end of any business day with I did not show value.
