Key executive responsible program management for the implementation and operation of the corporate-wide Global Contingent Labor Program. Duties included the project management, definition of requirements; assist in coordination of RFI and RFP process, design of implemented system, coordination with business units, implementation management and vendor management. After implementation, duties also include the management of the day to day operations of the program.
