Managed sales of IT managed outsourced solutions to a national Fortune 1000 client base. Designed, implemented, and supported remote infrastructure management, service desk, desk-side support, break-fix, project management, and staff augmentation solutions, managing the complete sales cycle with national and international business partners. Planned and executed lead generation through partners/channel, cold called, prepared and presented financial value propositions, generated proposals, managed resources, provided post sales support, administered contracts management, and preformed quarterly business reviews.
