Daily Duties at Noritsu America Corporation:

First line of field management for the customer and the field staff. Responsible for the supervision of 14 field engineers. Ensured the smooth delivery of service to 1,200 customers in three states. • Coordinated TSR schedules for installations and service of clients’ equipment • Reported regularly to regional manager on district progress • Responsible for the professional development of field engineers • Employee evaluations • Served as the first avenue of assistance available to the field TSRs when confronted with a difficult service problems • Served as the first avenue of assistance to the customer in all aspects of department operations in order to ensure customer satisfaction with Noritsu products
