Manage the daily operations of one of four regional sales and service offices with a primary focus on driving service revenue growth, while providing superior technical services and support to 5,000 customer sites in11 states. Provide leadership and direction in overseeing the performance of 72 professionals, including technical supervisors, technical specialists, field engineers, trainers, and clerical & parts staff. Responsible for technical sales, P&L and a yearly budget of $6.5M Maintained full accountability for the attainment of regional goals.
