Daily Duties at At&T:

Experienced IT network technician served installation and repair for sophisticated network equipment, software preparation,and testing for quality customer service in IT services. Entrusted with the most complex customer service issues as a result of exceptional ability to promptly resolve concerns and satisfy customers. Oversee and monitor staging testing to ensure appropriate supplier performance and consistent service quality for network LAN/WAN digital data communications. Performed networking with TCP/IP for IPTV, VoIP, and high speed internet for residential customers.
