Daily Duties at Guillen & Associates Realtors:
Daily sales and sales management; progress appraisals according to productivity metrics and sales; payrol and benefits administration to full time employees and enrolled sales personel. Daily negotiation with banks' REO/Loss Mitigation agents on behalf of the organization and our clients. Project Management on behalf of our clients porfolio of REO properties in need to rehab and draft project proposals,implementation and closure of projected investment properties offered to our investors.
