Soldered the electrical wiring harness for single and twin engine aircraft to meet blue print specifications Followed programs, documents, drawings, specifications and quality standards to perform avionics and electrical functions; Improved quality for inventory, mfg support, material scheduling, Material Resource Planning, Lean Mfg Applied principles and practices associated with quality engineering, industrial engineering, and manufacturing functions and coordinates with other support disciplines or core functions as required; Developed quality and cost-effective methods standard for production by applying production oriented engineering principles. Provided guidance to less experienced manufacturing support staff to help them learn their jobs and meet company needs. Modified, coordinated and implemented manufacturing processes, tooling quality, and method plans to ensure production of cost effective, quality products; Quality and Workmanship.
