Daily Duties at Staff Mark:
Responsible for on site staffing for the Coleman and York International Companies; Provided tours at on site location, responsible for safety orientation, and supported Safety Committee group; Responsible for maintaining accurate information on injury accident report for workers compensation; Provided leadership in the development and implementation of cost – effective safety and health programs. Plan, developed, promoted, advised, implemented, assessed processes to achieve and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Worked with management, employees, occupational health professionals, and customers; Applied occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics, toxicology, and health physics disciplines; utilized the manufacturing process to improve safety performance and process improvement. Investigated accidents and complaints, determined root causes and made recommendations and recommended corrective actions to prevent future occurrences; provided regulatory interpretation, technical advice to management and to the employees; Implemented effective strategies, project leadership.
