Daily Duties at Jc Penney :
Working as a Sales Associate in home, children’s , and catalog, to provide excellent customer service, provide communication skills, and problem solving skills, experienced in returns, adjustments, refunds and exchanges in a positive manner within the Company guidelines in support of the Company’s Satisfaction Policy, helps with catalog referrals, credit, gift card and other programs and promotions implemented by the Company, understanding of all shrinkage control, experienced in replenishment, pricing & signing, stockroom.
