Daily Duties at Regency Companies:
Managed and executed all marketing, sales and distribution activities for company owned and client brands. Created and executed multi-media advertising plans to drive brand awareness. Managed DSD Fleet operations. Responsible for hiring and firing Fleet drivers and sales representatives. Planned and managed all sales activities and driver schedules. Worked with clients to develop and execute customer promotions. Presented new item and promotional plans to key account and retail customers. Identified new promotional opportunities to drive incremental sales at key account and retail customers. Purchased coffee from importers to be used in roasting and manufacturing process. Prepared for and conducted weekly sales meetings for Sales Team. Developed and executed all sales and driver incentive programs. Developed inventory management system to ensure optimal inventory levels for all brands.
