Daily Duties at 7 Up/ Rc Bottling Group:

Responsible for the coaching, developing and encouraging excellence of a diverse team of DSD route drivers and 2 Distributors . Led trade execution through the management of field personnel within a designated territory. Directly responsible for the management, planning, and administration of sales and distribution across MD,DE, and VA sales territory. Managed sales, profit and operational expenses for the sales territory. Developed sales profit plans for channel and prestige accounts, and oversee their execution. Had direct input and maintained a total of 105 accounts with contracts, IRR’s, pricing exceptions, for all channels of customer programs.
