Managed an Home & Office operations team of 200+ staff members, including Unit Leaders, Service Coordinators, Zone Router, Water Filtration Techs, CDL Route Drivers, and DSD routes. Provided direction and support for 105K customers with a $50M budget. Held full P&L accountability for T&E, Safety, and Sales Promotions for overall operations processes. Established leads processes for new customers, created performance contests to increase service and sales
