Daily Duties at Oaca Group:
Hand picked to create and lead 10+ sales people and 7 Clinic Administrators across 5 states. Directly report to CEO with total sales exceeding $20M annually. Responsibilities include establishing Business Management Objectives; training, developing and motivating Clinic Managers to achieve these objectives; locating and evaluating new and existing clinic locations for revenue potential and profitability; creating sales contests, promotions, and ad campaigns; and total P&L responsibility.
