Opened the North Texas market for this relatively new, NC-based company, managing the region which extended from Wichita Falls to Texarkana, Texas and including the Dallas-Fort Worth "Metroplex." Hired and managed new account executives for the region, interfaced with the Dallas-based underwriting staff, and managed secondary market trading of mortgage assets, typically on sales of mortgages produced in capital short areas to "loan buyers" in capital surplus areas.
