Daily Duties at All Inclusive Human Resources, Llc:

Execute the delivery of all human resources activities for multi-site private and public companies (medical, retail, construction, legal and janitorial companies). Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulatory processes. Simplify and consolidate corporate HR processes through the creation of forms and checklists. Orchestrate the resolution of staff complaints. Conduct on-site annual Sexual/Other Unlawful Harassment trainings and act as employer representative for internal investigations to ensure a fair and quick resolution. Author Emergency Management Plans. Author Employee Reference Guide, training and on-boarding materials. Recruit, hire, train and motivate staff. Develop compelling job descriptions. Create metrics to monitor project performance through bi-annual performance and merit reviews. Act as insurance agent to provide competitive and comprehensive benefits, from initial to open enrollment. Liaise with legal counsel and other pertinent internal client groups. Execute vendor negotiations.
