Daily Duties at Charles Schwab & Co Inc.:
Assisted 350+ call center employees with daily general questions or special approvals related to client’s needs and/or grievances. Daily human resources experience managing employees through the full performance management cycle. Handled all team related employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions while managing my team of 15 employees as well as overseeing three other Saturday teams with a total of 45 additional employees. Served as weekend escalation Manager that handled special approvals, complaints and unfavorable press. Made weekly recommendations to Senior Management regarding hiring new hires, promotions and terminations. On Boarded new reps each month and managed their licensing requirements with regulatory authorities such as NYSE and NASD. Conducted exit interviews. Substantive experience as a Hiring Manager for our new hires and build a broker classes. Interviewed prospective applicants 3-5 times per week. Made hiring recommendations to talent acquisition team. Represented company at quarterly job fairs and hiring events where each Manager would spot screen and interview 100 potential candidates per day.
