Daily Duties at Kaplan Test Preparation, :
Directed staff of 22 employees and 40 contractors testing Kaplan’s student-facing e-Learning and business applications. Ran functional, integration, and performance testing for data warehouse implementation and new Artificial Intelligence projects. Validated IT infrastructure changes, including office relocations and consolidations. Oversaw new application and platform development projects. Validated and verified up to seven production releases per week for iPad, browser-based and mobile applications
