Functioned as a key participant in the start-up and development of this IT-IPO organization, spearheading all aspects of business development, implementation, client management, and presentations to Wall Street investors. Contributed to product development efforts, including design definitions, testing management, and documentation. Provided corporate representation at various industry conferences and business engagements. Major Contributions: •Directed successful development of the 1st legally enforceable, electronic mortgage documentation system to Fannie Mae utilizing cutting-edge technology such as digital certificates and tokens. •Delivered 23% savings in loan lifecycle expenditures through elimination of paper and physical document management, storage, retrieval, and transfer costs. Additionally slashed process cycle time from weeks to hours. •Administered due diligence for process streamlining on back-office operations at Nations Banc and Chase. •Generated business plan for the 1st round of venture capital for "E-Cloz" - an electronic closing network service company. •Presented to 1,500 attorneys on the “Paperless Closing System” at the National Attorney’s Title Conference. •Presented an overview of the electronic closing technology, which proved to be the most popular topic, at the American Credit Union Mortgage Association Mortgage Technology Conference.
