Daily Duties at Mercer Hr Consulting :
Perform interviews to assess candidate's capabilities, participate in the evaluation process and hiring decisions, provide candidate follow-up and feedback, and extend and negotiate employment offer. Identify and anticipate system needs and seek out quality candidates to bring into the system. Educate employers on market trends within the healthcare industry. Participate in networking events to increase candidate pool; planned and executed college recruitment open houses for Major universities. Utilize various resources for sourcing quality candidates Advisor to Senior and Mid-level Management, providing coaching and guidance in conducting internal investigations related to Harassment, Workplace Violence, Discrimination, Termination Support; Sensing Sessions and other workplace issues/trends. Liaison in improving communications between management and employees promoting Win-Win outcomes. Developed and Maintained Employee Handbook. Client training includes: FMLA, Job Accommodations, Sexual Harassment and New Manager Training. Project Management of various Human Resources Projects. Conducted I9 audit for client over 20K employees; saving the company over several thousands of dollars.
