Project Management Associate: Provided Project Management to Vaccine Development Teams, including: • Capacity Planning: Developed, implemented and maintained Microsoft Excel Pivot Chart – based system for quarterly assessment of FTE needs projected over rolling next six quarters by Cost Center and Project • Timeline Management: Supported Director, Project Management, in developing and maintaining timelines encompassing entire product development cycle for internal tracking and grant applications • Meeting Management: Worked with Project Team Leaders to develop meeting agendae and presentation materials, facilitate meetings and prepare minutes documenting critical decisions taken Business Associate (EA): Supporting President & CEO of publicly held late-stage biopharmaceutical company • Successfully completed all Executive Assistant functions including travel, phone & mail triage, expense reporting. • Managed communications between CEO and internal and external contacts including senior staff, investors, directors, consultants, media, and business development contacts. Minuted Sr. Staff Meetings detailing agreed action items • Prepared PowerPoint presentations used in CEO presentations to industry organizations, business development partners and investor conferences. Prepared graphical presentations from clinical and financial data. • Helped to develop and solely maintained corporate website; improved functioning, accuracy and timeliness. • Completed research in support of business functions, including researching and compiling information on companies and markets: Analyzed U.S. treatment population for HDL-raising therapy utilizing raw data from NHANES • Chair, Institutional Biosafety Committee: Ensured timely development and adoption of BSL-2 protocols to minimize hazards in working with GM microorganisms, ensured compliance with NIH and CDC guidelines.
