Daily Duties at Barhorst Insurance Group:
Sales Manager responsible for Nationwide’s number one agency force in the country. Led special projects from start to finish for 33 locations and the internal account management teams. Joined the leadership team which created the business model to move the company forward on a strategy to become a billion dollar company. Worked closely with a business consulting firm to drive results. Hired and trained Agency Development Specialists to support marketing of center of influence and commercial business. Motivated sales and marketing teams with TAM reports, listing all activities that led to sales. Led weekly meetings and coaching sessions for all Account Executives, Multi-line Specialists and Agency Development Specialists. Advised strategic management team regarding company strengths and weaknesses before implementing significant changes to the company structure.
