Daily Duties at Wachovia Bank, A Wells Fargo Company:

Throughout my 11 plus years at Wachovia I held several positions. As Team Leader of the Help Desk, I was responsible for day to day operations, mentoring, designing a knowledge base, as well as many other responsibilities. While a MicroComputer Coordinator (Desktop Support position) my responsibilities ranged from full support of the desktop, software applications to Installation Lead for a project to reduce our Output Device footprint. As Program Manager I replaced the project manager role to continue and ensure that the work we completed was a success. When the program was cancelled, I was asked to take a position as a Desktop Engineer IV. In this position I accomplished several tasks; Software Packager, UAT lab Coordinator, level 2/3 support for desktop issues, Technical Lead for the second Output Device project, created technical RFI/RFP requirement and review, managed Server 2003 print servers. My last position as PC/LAN Analyst IV’s responsibilities encompassed level 2/3 problem ticket resolution, print server support, Active Directory support, UAT and pilot testing of new COE and applications, as well as other responsibilities.
