Daily Duties at Microsoft Corporation:

HR Manager, responsible for all general HR functions within the Commercial Operations and OEM Operations organizations, a global group of approximately 1300 employees and located across regional operating centers in Dublin, Singapore, Puerto Rico, and a number of smaller sites across Latin and North America. Responsible for implementing corporate HR programs in each line of business, partnering with HR colleagues across regions to deliver a consistent and global solution. Primary areas of responsibility are HR strategy and priorities within the line of business; leadership and management consultations and advice; performance reviews and performance management; management development and coaching; talent acquisition and talent development; organizational development and change management; and compensation and benefits management.
