Daily Duties at Data Recognition Company:
Analyze, organize and prepare materials for state(client) review, department review and training for Team Leaders and Readers (up to 125) to score extended response items for standardized testing- Multiple client state's projects. Train Team Leaders and Readers for each project. Prepare and analyze reports, statistics; and correct course and retrain as needed to obtain acceptable results. Prepare project, and Team Leader performance reviews.
