Daily Duties at Distinctive Travel & Tours:
Established start-up company with full responsibility for sourcing capital, locating office space and complete management of the company inclusive of: marketing, operations and finance -Managed a staff compliment of 4 sales representaves and an accounting clerk -Liaised with airline carriers to resolve refund issues and charge-backs from the airlines -Cash management of the operations to ensure that tickets were paid for and that weekly cash payment requirements by Bank Settlement Plan (BSP), International Association of Travel Agents (IATA)representative in Jamaica, was a in the Bank by the required day each week.
