Daily Duties at Time Warner Cable:
Planned implementations and managed projects to deploy VoIP hardware and system upgrades/ fixes. Responsibilities included developing and maintaining detailed work break down structures (WBS); maintaining a highly complex and integrated deployment schedule; hosting cross-function team meetings to review project requirements and progress and develop deployment plans; coordinating deployment activities; ensuring release documentation and deliverables were acceptable for use by deployment and operations staff; issue resolution and escalation; and ensuring projects were completed according to schedule.
