Daily Duties at Time Warner Cable:
Provided requirements for work flow processes and systems to forecast, plan, manage capacity for voice transport and trunks, and collocation (Colo) space and power. Performed capacity planning of High Speed Data (HSD) leased facilities (T1, DS3, OC3, OC48, OC192, 10 GB, and fiber Irrevocable Right to Use (IRU) contracts) for the TWC’s National Division in a transition role to TWC’s Network Implementation Services (NIS) department. Responsibilities included collaborating with region and division staff to manage HSD capacity between head end/hub sites and RDCs, developing transport or fiber build plans, which may include return on investment (ROI) analysis, reviewing and establishing language for new IRU, meet point, or circuit order contracts.
