I lead a professional and part time staff of over 29 to achieve consistent budgeted profit margins year over year –exceeding 2010 budget margin by 15%. My management style provided an environment of mutual trust and respect while demanding the highest ethical standards from department heads resulting in zero turn over the last 7 years. My ability to assimilate the company vision and long-range strategic planning, plus my skill at forecasting has enabled me to create, implement and monitor our annual budgets plus maintaining fiscal responsibility throughout the budget year. In addition to revenue growth, I am proficient at expense control consistently redefining organizational structure, i.e., mail conversion, pricing decisions and perform monthly financial evaluation of company results to ensure strong profit margins.
