My ability to assimilate the company vision and long-range strategic planning, plus my skill at forecasting has enabled me to create, implement and monitor our annual budgets plus maintaining fiscal responsibility throughout the budget year. In addition to revenue growth, I am proficient at expense control consistently redefining organizational structure, i.e., mail conversion, pricing decisions and perform monthly financial evaluation of company results to ensure strong profit margins.
