Daily Duties at Armstrong Wood Products:
• This role included the management and direction of the supply chain for the McKinney Division. In addition, assumed the role of Head of Administration taking the responsibility of all units as well as managed several operational units • Served as a senior plant management team member responsible for purchasing of all plant materials and worked within the parameters of a purchasing budget of $68M • Orchestrated physical quarterly inventories • Supervised 3 warehouse locations (2 off-site), each site over 60,000 square feet • Controlled all receiving in plant and directed and coordinated all plant administration, plant functions and meetings
