Daily Duties at Cardinal Capital Associates:
• Responsible for research and development on a wide range of projects dealing with the financial industry, as well as, organizational and team building scenarios. • Assisted the President of the company in full start to finish transitions for multiple individuals and teams with an outstanding 85% average retention of accounts. • Did onsite consulting work to upgrade, revise and reorganize back office operations for several independent advisor branch offices. • Familiar with a variety of CRM, Portfolio Management and performance reporting systems. • Researched cost and efficiency comparisons for all vendors needed for a full transition, selecting the appropriate combination for each advisor or team to ensure the needs were met for each unique transition. • Helped to build a start-up company which was dedicated to setting up branch offices and the transitioning of financial advisors from the wire house environment into these independent offices. Developed the infrastructure and ran the daily operations for the entire company. • Created the timeline and processes for transitioning books of business, as well as a tracking system for each advisor during the process. • Designed and implemented the P&L Manager that is used to track all expenses and revenues for an advisor in each branch office. To include tying together all of the separate third party venders, broker dealer, custodian and banks. • Created, designed and produced in Excel, all of the Pro Forma used to recruit each potential advisor which shows future revenue possibilities and a breakdown of potential expenses in running an office year to year. • Printed and packaged all transitioning paperwork for a variety of different broker dealers. • Designed many other aspects of the company to include, an electronic information book, company employee handbook and a line by line instructional index to the company Pro Forma. • Acted as the president’s personal assistant in the day to day operations of the company.
