Daily Duties at American Mayflower Life Insurance Company:
Responsible for the marketing and sales support for 125 brokerage general agents and key bank clients. This included key account management, wholesaling of insurance products, identification and contracting of both bank and brokerage general agents within the Tri-State area. Managed over 20 employees which included licensing and contracting, product implementation, internal wholesaling and training. This included completion of annual reviews, hiring of staff and defining roles and responsibilities.
