Daily Duties at Hackley Hospital:
Lead Upper extremity exercise programs. Educated patients with self-care activities, safety precautions, and use of adaptive equipment for daily living activities. Provided instruction and training for families prior to patient discharge. Submitted daily progress notes on patients seen each session.
