Slashed creative agency and third-party vendor costs 15% by renegotiating contract pricing and fees and by in-sourcing creative capabilities, all while ensuring the continuation and enhancements of services. Commissioned with: *Overseeing the integrity of the MS Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. *Optimizing the functionality of CRM system by developing best-practices, workflows and add-on software. *Developing CRM programs including development of concept, strategy, targeting, execution and ongoing program management that are consistent with CRM goals and objectives of division management. *Performing targeted customer analytics for top tier customers by cargo type, tonnage and terminal and managing customer classifications and customer event marketing lists. *Integrating CRM/DM programs into the overall annual contact strategy and participating in the day-to-day management and execution and adjustments to the contact strategy. *Managing monthly and quarterly CRM system verifications to ensure continual validity of CRM data. *Initiating routine bulk DM/CRM communications to select target groups in advance of port events. *Assisting in CRM enhancements and integration efforts for software and application selection, upgrades and other interfaces with IT and Marketing department stakeholders. *Assisting in planning and execution of corporate presence at industry, tradeshow events and conferences.
