Played a key role in the successful trading launch of the company from conception to fully licensed and operational trading within a period of 6 months. Creating, introducing, managing and ensuring compliance with the underwriting strategy of the company Creating and continually assessing and reviewing the company's policy wordings Creating and continually assessing and reviewing the rating and pricing of all products and all classes of business Setting up and maintaining review of the outsourced services from TPA's for claims, fraud investigation and risk management. Liaising and communication with reinsurers and capacity providers. To grow and develop the business in accordance with the 5 year business plan and in accordance with budgetary and cost constraints.
