Responsible for full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, developing offers, negotiating, closing candidates, and recruiting new consultants and direct placement candidates. Advised company management and staff on workers’ compensation, COBRA, unemployment compensation, workplace laws, affirmative action, immigration, and visa requirements.
