Daily Duties at Insperity:
I discover the unique needs of each company and advise them as to the best method to improve productivity and profitability.Prospect and uncover new opportunities in specific industry groups. Set discovery meetings with owners and or C- level managers of small to midsize companies in the Virginia, Delaware, DC Metro and Maryland markets. Collaborate with Insperity Advisors nationwide expanding marketing reach. Meet and exceed corporate and personal weekly performance metrics. Set (4) discovery first appointments. Gather information on (1) opportunity’s business process through a strategic and consultative approach. Prepare and present weekly (1) professional proposal, specific to client’s needs that enhance current business plan and deliver value-added growth solutions, ultimately leading them toward the purchase. Prospecting techniques: Professional phone persistence, 50 calls per day. Outside canvassing, acquire 25 business leads per week. Attend a minimum of 2 networking events per week. Develop centers of influence for referrals
