As part of UnitedHealth Group’s Real Estate Service, Ken Mann managed complex corporate real estate projects with a proven record of meeting budgets and schedules, and reducing operational risks. He was responsible for financial stewardship through project financial discipline: Ken managed projects, established budgets using account benchmarks, prepared cost estimates aligned with budgets and capital forecasts, managed contracts, purchase orders and change orders issued for all work, TI Allowance management, and proactive change management. He provided complete and accurate project reports, from initiation to closeout. Ken effectively lead project management teams and built close working relationships with clients, tenants and contractors clearly identifying expectations. He scheduled and conducted regular team meetings and special meetings as required for the coordination of all aspects of the project through occupancy and closeout. Ken was able to identify areas of cost savings providing measured value added.
