Handled Personal Injury Protection (PIP) catastrophic claims for New Jersey Insurance Carriers. * Explained benefit coverage to claimants, insureds, providers and attorneys. * Worked closely with case management, insurance carriers, agents, health insurance carriers and other internal/external customers. * Directed contact with pharmacists, and medical supply vendors for prior medical authorizations of service. * Experienced with ICD-9 and CPT 4 Codes. *Promptly investigated all assigned claims and reviewed all medical bills.
