Daily Duties at Aaa Mid Atlantic:

Provide Roadside Assistance by responding to members emergency roadside needs in a professional manner. * Apply department policies while making decisions in handling member accounts. * Process and answer incoming telephone calls, gathering detailed information and other related services administered. * Deliver excellent service to internal/external customers. * Take action, as necessary, to respond to members concerns, offer reassurance and handle irate calls daily. * Demonstrate high retention level, recognizes cross selling opportunities that will enhance members experience and promote AAA products/services. * Handle credit card and member billing transaction via PC and proficient in multiple software applications.
