• Provided support for leadership education and training programs that target key senior management talent • Coordinated all Financial Markets Education courses in the UK and Zurich • Worked cohesively with Program Managers and global team to ensure successful completion of events • Liaised with external venues and training vendors • Delivered resolutions to client queries in a timely professional manner • Regional point of contact for UBS’s CLMS (Content and Learning Management System) • Maintained external client processes for UBS clients participating in in-house trainings • Pre-course and post-course coordination, Onsite support and facilitation of activities
