Daily Duties at Insperity:
• Help small- to - medium - sized organizations develop HR infrastructure and maximize human capital through internal audits, identifying corporate mission and values, and creating performance management systems. • Provide day-to-day HR support to client management teams in matters related to employee relations, regulatory compliance such as EEO, FMLA, and FLSA, interview and selection, orientation, handbook and job description development, compensation planning, payroll administration and tax filing, training needs analysis, salary and climate survey, employee counseling, performance review, retention planning, leave and benefits administration, healthcare insurance, 401(k), OSHA reporting and documentation, immigration visa petition, employee termination and mass layoff. • Provide HR support and consultation to companies representing very diversified disciplines ranging from pharmaceutical, technology, and medical organizations to manufacturing, construction and trucking industries. • Partner with executive teams to strategize management programs and achieve measurable HR objectives from conceptual ideas. • Provide coaching and recommendations to corporate executives in preventing and resolving employee-relation disputes and minimizing liability impact to the company.
