Daily Duties at Human Technologies Manufacturing Solutions Division:

Specifically hired to create successful HR department from ground-up for organization’s largest and most profitable startup project. Develop company-wide goals and procedures, track employee performance, and contribute to all business development efforts. Design and implement effective talent management programs, approve employee discipline and termination policies, and lead strategic direction and organizational planning initiatives. Handle ADA, FMLA sexual harassment, and discrimination issues, oversee conflict investigations, and manage Workers’ Compensation. Serve as Project Manager for ADP payroll system, monitoring planning and evaluation stages.
