Developed and implemented Key Performance Indicators. Developed and implemented performance scorecards to track agent performance and provide weekly feedback. Developed and implemented Quality Evaluation guidelines. Developed and Implemented Microsoft Sharepoint Intranet site. Conducted staff meetings to resolve problems and ensure that goals were reached. Hired, managed, developed, and evaluated production staff to ensure that proper methods and techniques were used to achieve highest levels of quality and service. Developed and Implemented Policies and Procedures.
