Responsible loss prevention and safety across six area retail stores and two furniture stores generating annual sales of $175 million. Managed staff of store loss prevention managers (6) and assistants (5). Conducted all internal and external investigations pertaining to theft and fraud. Ensured compliance to existing operational procedures and developed cases to recover store losses and prosecute customers and/or employees involved in fraudulent and criminal activities.
